I just got back from a Rex Crain event in New Lenox, IL.  This was my first time hearing and seeing him in length.  All I can say is WOW!  Rex is energetic, motivational and inspirational.

I took several pages of notes, but just wanted to talk about one statement that Rex made.  "Tell me who you are without telling me what you do".  Wow, think about it for a minute.  Society, Family and ourselves define people by what they do.  This statement by Rex has made me really think about who I am and what I stand for.  You are not what you do, you are what you believe and stand for.  Your current job or company that you own does not define you.  Think about this, if what you do defined you then what does that mean for someone that is currently unemployed.

I am going to think about this one long and hard for a long time.  This statement is a repositioning on my mind and will take some time to change my way of thinking.  Think about how you would answer this question.
